Be a part of the 2020 Run, Walk & Ride
Your health and safety are very important to us and with that in mind, we invite you to participate in our annual 5k in a new way this year. While we hope we are back to our traditional event in 2021, this year, we will Run, Walk and RIDE to support our grieving families, friends and neighbors. Since our option to rock will be missing for our participants who prefer not to walk or run, we added the possibility to ride.
You can ride a bike, ride in your car, wagon, skateboard, whatever has wheels and decorate it in memory of your person who died. Make sure to share your “Ride” on social media so we can all experience it together and don’t forget to tag Lory’s Place.
The virtual 5K will launch on September 26 and be open for two weeks. Each person who registers to Run Walk or Ride will be provided with a t-shirt, that will be available by October 16th. We will post our course for you to use, you can pick your own, or even hop on a treadmill.
Registration
Registration will be open until midnight on Friday, September 25, 2020.
Runners and walkers (receive a t-shirt and bib)
Before September 1st - $25 per person
After September 1st - $30 per person
Riders (receive a t-shirt)
$15.00
Family/Group Rate - Groups of 4 for more who register will receive a $5 discount per person. We will not be having our Champions for Children Challenge in 2020.
Packet Pick Up
Participants who registered can pick up their race packets at Lory’s Place, 445 Upton Drive, St. Joseph, MI on the following days and times:
Friday, October 16 11:00am - 6:00pm
Friday, October 23 11:00am - 2:00pm
