Providing Support When You Need It

Caring Circle provides support groups for caregivers and those looking for grief healing and bereavement care. These classes connect you with others who understand what you’re going through. All support groups are provided free of charge and are providing by Caring Circle services. 

Caregiving Support 

Caring For Your Loved One
This support group provides individuals who are caring for a loved one the opportunity to talk with others who are experiencing the same joys and challenges that caregivers face. 

Every third Tuesday of the month

Bereavement/Grief Healing Groups 

Shadow Steppers
All who are traveling through their grief journey are invited to take part in the healing process facilitated by a Caring Circle bereavement coordinator. These classes meet for once a month for a hour and thirty minutes.

Walking Group
South Haven - Lace up your walking shoes and join Caring Circle staff and friends. This is an open group and participants are not required to pre-register or attend weekly. This is an adult-only group. For more information on the South Haven Walking Groups call Andy Thompson at (269) 429-7100.

Good Grief
“Good Grief” covers topics such as why you feel the way you do; how to cope with loss, guilt and regret; and finding a sense of peace. Each seven-week session meets for one hour and thirty minutes and provides meaningful information and time for sharing.

Write Out Our Grief
This is a writing opportunity for adults who are coping with a loss. It will take place in a nonjudgmental, supportive environment at the Caring Circle office building. No experience necessary. Cooking for One
We will have lots of class participation and wonderful foods to taste. Everyone will receive handouts to take so you won’t have to remember everything from class. The cost for the class is $10, due at the class. You are required to RSVP. In order to hold the class, there needs to be a minimum of 5 people signed up.
