Anyone who is 18 years or older can receive free and local resources at the Center for Better Health in Benton Harbor.

Samuel Jones, LPC

Samuel Jones, LPC

Samuel is trained as a multicultural therapist, engaging in both family systems and cognitive behavioral therapies. Samuel uses accelerated resolution therapy for severe traumas and fear-based illnesses. He enjoys coaching high school football, sheparding at West Michigan's largest church and seeing people reach their goals and find their place of healing.

Mary Insalaco, LLPC

Mary Insalaco, LLPC

Mary offers support in a caring client-focused, sex positive, and trauma-informed therapy environment. She uses individualized tools to help patients move forward with confidence towards their goals. Mary is bilingual and specializes in trauma-informed, sex therapy.

Vonetta McGinnis, LMSW

Vonetta McGinnis, LMSW

Vonetta McGinnis has a unique approach to connecting with clients and motivating them towards mental, emotional, and behavioral change. She collaborates with her clients to help them define their problems and create a treatment plan to meet individual needs and help them feel empowered. Vonetta specializes in childhood trauma, parenting, stress, depression, and life changes.

Mary Gayen

Mary Gayen, MSW, MBA

Mary was born and raised in India and is currently practicing micro and macro social work in Michigan. She graduated with a Masters in Social Work with a focus in mental health and is passionate about wholesome healing through therapy. Mary speaks English, Hindi and Bengali and has lived in Trinidad and Tobago before moving to the US. She is trained in cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy and is trauma-informed, and believes that people are experts of their problems and solutions therefore, Mary collaborates with clients to create solutions, and empower them.
