J&J® COVID-19 vaccine

Ready to schedule your appointment?

All individuals 18 years and older can schedule to receive the J&J vaccine.

Beginning Wednesday, June 9, the Johnson and Johnson vaccination will be available every Wednesday at the Center for Outpatient Services from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Patients can walk in or schedule an appointment by using the scheduling tool below to select an available appointment.

The COVID-19 vaccine is available at no out-of-pocket cost. Insurance is not required to register for an appointment. If you have insurance, please include that information when scheduling.

For your safety, if you fit into any of the categories below, call 269.927.5100 to schedule/discuss your vaccination:

  • Are not feeling well and have a temperature greater than 100.4.
  • Have had an immediate or severe allergic reaction to a COVID-19 vaccine or to any of the ingredients in the vaccine.
  • Received passive antibody therapy as treatment for COVID-19 in the last 90 days.
  • Are currently in self-isolation for COVID-19 (10 days of self-isolation are required after symptoms).

One dose and you're done. You do not need a second dose of the J&J vaccine.
