The COVID-19 vaccine is available at no out-of-pocket cost. Insurance is not required to register for an appointment. If you have insurance, please include that information when scheduling.

Your second Moderna dose will be scheduled 28 days later.
A second dose of the Moderna vaccine is necessary to further boost the immune response and ensure long-term protection from COVID-19. We are committed to providing a second dose to everyone who receives a first dose. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommend COVID-19 boosters shots for all people age 18 years and older for the Moderna vaccine at least 5 months after completing your primary COVID-19 vaccination series.

Moderna third dose for immunocompromised
The CDC recommends that people with moderately to severely compromised immune systems receive an additional dose of mRNA COVID-19 vaccine at least 28 days after a second dose of Moderna COVID-19 vaccine.

- Have received any other vaccine in the last 14 days (including flu or shingles vaccine).
- Received passive antibody therapy as treatment for COVID-19 in the last 90 days.
- Are currently in self-isolation for COVID-19 (10 days of self-isolation are required after symptoms).
