Apps & Self-Assessments

While we always first encourage you to meet with us face-to-face, we also want to offer you some helpful tools to use on your own.  Our self-assessment tools may help you determine if you want to reach out to us at EAP to talk about issues you may be struggling with such as depression or anxiety.  Please note that these are tools to help guide discussion only, and are not designed to be diagnostic tools.  In fact, here at the EAP we do not determine a mental health diagnosis.  A psychologist or psychiatrist can do that.

We’ve also included some helpful apps that may be of interest to you that we frequently offer to our clients.  Using this technology is a great easy-to-use resource that may help you work through a problem on your own – anywhere, anytime.
