Community Health Needs Assessment

A Better Place to Live and Grow

Community of people holding handsWhere and how we live are vital to our health. Access to nutritious foods, economic opportunities, and growth for our communities are fundamental in shaping our futures.

It takes multiple stakeholders and partners to make our communities safe and healthy. Our hope is to understand the needs of our community and provide optimal care across the continuum.

By addressing and meeting the needs of our community, Spectrum Health Lakeland is making Berrien County, and the surrounding areas, a better place to live and grow. As we continue our grassroots efforts in making the commitment to care our priority, we will continue to have a vested concern in our efforts to improve the quality of life for everyone.
