healthshare-imageAt Lakeland, our patients are the focus of everything we do. Our mission is to improve health, inspire hope and save lives – we need your help to do that! 

Lakeland Health Share is an online community made up of people just like you who are interested in improving the health care experience in your community. Your opinion and insights will make a large impact on how we deliver care and provide education and services in the future.

When you become a Lakeland Health Share member, you will receive one or two emails a month – really, that’s it! Each email will ask your opinion on a variety of topics and will take less than five minutes to complete. To view an example survey, click here.
