Collection Instructions



Routine venipuncture:
• Immediately after collection, gently invert tube 5-10 times
• Allow blood to clot for 30 minutes in a vertical position
• Promptly centrifuge 15 minutes
• Immediately transfer serum or plasma to plastic aliquot tube
• Freeze
