Fibroblasts are cultured and suspended in 10% Dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO) freeze media for prolonged storage of viable cells in liquid nitrogen.

Collection Instructions

• Place in sterile container with either tissue culture media or transport media and an antibiotic such as Pen/Strep or Gentamicin
• Tissue may be sorted overnight in medium at 4°C
• Specimens placed in formalin are not acceptable
