(ST. JOSEPH) – Lakeland Health is pleased to welcome Amena Iqbal, MD, to the medical staff. Dr. Iqbal will see patients alongside Amanda Morris, DO, and Deborah Vliet, NP, at Lakeland Diabetes and Endocrinology, located at 3950 Hollywood Road, Suite 288 in St. Joseph.
Dr. Iqbal earned her medical degree from Deccan College of Medical Sciences in India. She completed an internal medicine residency at Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago and went on to complete a fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. She is board certified in internal medicine, a member of the Endocrine Society, the American Association of Clinical Endocrinologist, and the American College of Physicians.
