Lakeland Heart and Vascular is a team of cardiologists, cardiothoracic surgeons, and advanced practitioners, serving Southwest Michigan at multiple office locations in Coloma, Niles, and St. Joseph. More than 60 caring individuals make up the diverse pool of clinicians who have dedicated themselves to delivering exceptional cardiac care at Spectrum Health Lakeland. 

Our physicians have earned national recognition for their pioneering work in peripheral vascular intervention. We are also an ACR accredited nuclear medicine facility. Our team strives to deliver superior comprehensive cardiac and vascular services to the local and extended community. We value your questions and are committed to excellence in these areas.

New patients will be established with one of our 10 physicians:

Additionally, returning patients may have the opportunity to meet with one of our nurse practitioners or physician assistants: Dave Chalupa, PA, Ingrid Kwak, NP, or Scott Mihalik, PA.
