1. Smoking Cessation

Free support sessions and on-on-one consultations are available to help patients quit.

2. Stroke 101

Learn about what happens during a stroke, the different kinds of strokes, and how to identify and decrease the risk factors for having one. 3. Stop Stressing Your Heart

4. MyPlate 101

This class will help you understand the importance of proper nutrition. Learn how to read labels and avoid portion distortion. Walk away with tips for making a great plate and eating better on a budget. Preregistration is required by calling (269) 556-2808 or (866) 260-7544.

5. Stop Stressing Your Heart

This class will help you identify the stressors in your life that may be affecting your physical, social, mental, and emotional well-being. Practical solutions for reducing or managing stress will be discussed and put into practice. Preregistration is required by calling (269) 556-2808 or (866) 260-7544

6. Fitness to the Core

Regular physical activity performed on most days of the week reduces the risk of developing or dying from some of the leading causes of illness in the United States. This class explores the different elements of fitness and its benefits on the individual's overall health.
