Message from the President

Over the next several months, I’ll be sharing a special video series here in Message from President. This series is all about our Code of Excellence, which states our commitment to integrity and sets expectations for actions and decisions throughout Spectrum Health. 

The Code of Excellence focuses on ten key principles or behaviors. Each month, we’ll take a little time to talk about one of those ten. Today, we’ll be talking about the first principle: “We do the right thing.” As you watch the video, I hope you’ll feel inspired and refreshed by a story about a Lakeland nurse who did just that.
