United Way Campaign Kicks Off March 1

by Abigail Tippin | Feb 24, 2021
The United Way campaign will kick off Monday, March 1!

This year, the annual United Way campaign will kick off Monday, March 1. The change from a fall to spring campaign comes as we align with the Spectrum Health systemwide United Way campaign.

Donations will continue to benefit local communities, and donors can designate where exactly their dollars will go. Please note that rollover giving will continue from the previous year. No action is needed.

New to the campaign this year is another convenient way to give: Round Up Rally. When you make purchases in the cafeteria during the month of March, you’ll have the opportunity to round purchases up to the nearest dollar and donate the difference to United Way.

Your donations make an impact!

• $1 per week = eight meals for senior citizens

• $5 per week = crisis support for 24 people

• $10 per week = tutoring & science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) career exploration for two students
