GREAT customer service standards are launching at Lakeland.
A new customer service effort is being launched at Spectrum Health Lakeland. GREAT standards were recently rolled out to leaders who will be sharing more with team members soon. The effort will aim to boost scores around patients recommending us to their friends and family members.
