Lakeland Medical Center patients and families are encouraged to contact the Care to Share Call Line if they have a patient safety or experience concern.
A new patient experience and safety effort has been introduced for patients of Lakeland Medical Center, St. Joseph. The Care to Share Call Line provides a rapid response for patients or families who have a concern related to experience or safety.
This effort is part of our ongoing commitment to excellent patient care, which is achieved through leading edge medical services and facilities, specialized healthcare professionals, and one of the highest levels of patient safety in our region.
