Clinical psychologist Dr. Grant Heller has joined the Lakeland team to establish a Center for Provider Wellbeing.
Clinical psychologist Grant Heller, PhD, BCB, has joined the Lakeland family to establish and direct the Center for Provider Wellbeing (CPWB), and to collaborate with the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) team. In this role he will provide psychological services dedicated to individual physicians and advance practice providers. In addition, he will provide organizational consulting to Lakeland towards a culture of optimal performance and wellbeing.
Dr. Heller earned a Master of Arts and Doctorate (PhD) in Clinical Psychology from University of Detroit Mercy. He also earned a Master of Science in Experimental Psychology from University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. He completed a pre-doctoral internship at Battle Creek Veterans Affairs Medical Center and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Clinical Health Psychology through Michigan State University at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc. Dr. Heller is board certified in biofeedback (BCIA).

My aim is to provide personalized, barrier free services that support the overall wellbeing of providers in their professional and personal lives.”
Prior to Lakeland, Dr. Heller practiced at Spectrum Health West Michigan with the Spectrum Health Headache Center.
