101 Ways to Be Inclusive at Work

As the conversation about inclusion grows at Lakeland, you might be wondering “how can I be an ally?” or “what can I do to be more inclusive?”

Inspired by those questions, the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team (DEI) is creating a 101 Ways to Be Inclusive booklet to be shared with team members. We know there’s not just one way to be inclusive; there are 101 little ways.

DEI is asking for your help to submit honest and heartfelt suggestions for the booklet. Please take a few minutes to watch the Ted Talk “3 Ways to Be a Better Ally in the Workplace” to get inspired. Then if you have an idea about how we can be more inclusive of each other at Lakeland, submit your suggestion below.
