Register Now for a myHealthier Cooking Class

To help support you in your healthy living journey, Lakeland is welcoming back the popular myHealthier Cooking class at two locations:

Center for Outpatient Services, St. Joseph
Every Thursday, February 20 to March 26 
11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Medical Office Building, Niles (first floor conference room)
42 N. St. Joseph Avenue
Every other Tuesday, February 18 to May 19
4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Classes are open to all team members and spouses. Registration is required and space is limited to the first 20 people who sign up. A $10 participation fee to help cover the cost of food is due by the first class. Payment will be accepted by credit/debit card, check, or cash only.

During the class, you’ll learn how to prepare simple, healthy, and delicious food. You’ll also learn about basic cooking equipment and menu planning; knife skills, including vegetable chopping; easy breakfast, lunch, and dinner dishes; snack ideas, and more.
