Resiliency Focused Virtual Support Groups

Lakeland EAP has designed peer-oriented virtual support groups focused on strengthening resilience in ourselves and each other. There are many ways to strengthen resilience during difficult times, including connecting with others by sharing experiences, challenges, concerns, hopes, and coping skills.  

Seven benefits of virtual peer support groups:
• Connect with people who have shared experiences
• Learn from each other
• Be empowered and motivated with positive peer support 
• Give back to colleagues with advice and encouragement 
• Reduce feelings of isolation
• Experience a place with no judgement 
• Join anywhere you have an internet connection
