Corporate Document Services Begin November 30

The Lakeland Graphics department and Spectrum Health Corporate will consolidate to one service center this fall.

The corporate service based in Grand Rapids will serve all Spectrum Health divisions, including Lakeland, via automated services (orders and billing) and unified branding, with the aim to maximize savings and help reduce the cost of care.

• Ordering online, both existing documents via catalog and new documents (PDFs)
• Ordering business cards and stationery
• Using templates to make personalized, branded items
• Finishing options and paper selection 
• Previewing up-front cost and on-screen document previews
• Receiving order and job completion emails 
• Reordering from your order history

Please continue to place orders as usual through November 23, 2021. No orders may be placed between November 24, 2021, and November 29, 2021. Orders can be placed with Corporate Document Services starting November 30, 2021. 

To date, Graphics and several other teams have started planning for the transition, including team member transitions to other Lakeland roles and the transfer of Lakeland documents to Corporate Document Services. A full transition should be complete by the end of November.
