Applications for Allied Health Career Scholarships (AHCS) may be submitted online from Friday, February 19 through Monday, April 26, 2021.

Applicants may submit only one application. Under the Scholarship Information section on the application, they may select “General Scholarship” if it’s for a team member or “Lakeland Family/Scholarship (BH/SJ and Niles)” for children of team members. The AHCS Committee meets and reviews all applications before making final decisions.
