The new ServiceNow portal will be available in just a few short weeks! Spectrum Health Lakeland will transition to a new service portal – an easy to use tool, allowing you to access knowledge, the service catalog, and report an incident in one centralized location.
 
With the transition happening on May 25, we want to ensure you are well prepared for the change and are providing you with three opportunities for training:
 
  • Register to attend a live demo. Register here to attend a live demo. During these sessions, you will be shown the key features of the service portal and get the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
  • View a recorded demo. Can’t attend a live demo? We have recorded one for you! Access the recording to see how the service portal works.
  • Review the Quick Reference Guide. Do you enjoy working with a step-by-step guide instead? A Quick Reference Guide has been created to walk you through the service portal features.

Through their partnership, 46,466 free pieces of produce were distributed to Michigan families in 2023.
