New e-Learning for New Hires: SHL Entity Orientation

To comply with the guidelines set by the state and Gov. Whitmer, and our commitment to keeping our teams and community safe, Spectrum Health Lakeland has redesigned all offerings to virtual or e-Learning format.

The Spectrum Health Lakeland Entity module will be assigned to new hires starting the week of May 3, as well as to those who have been hired since the beginning of the year.   Team members will have 30 days to complete this task.

Why do all team members need to complete this e-Learning? 

It is important that our team members succeed during onboarding. This module will acclimate each person to the Lakeland culture and history, the Bring Your Heart to Work initiative, and other valuable resources that are available to them.

If you believe you have received the module assignment in error, please email Cheryl Carter at cheryl.carter@spectrumhealth.org and she will assist you.

The Veggie Van™, a mobile farmers market, served 13 counties throughout Michigan this year, ensuring that free fruits and vegetables were available to individuals who otherwise had limited access. Through their partnership, 46,466 free pieces of produce were distributed to Michigan families in 2023.
