New Primary Care Provider Seeing Patients in St. Joseph

(ST. JOSEPH) – Spectrum Health Lakeland is pleased to welcome Hayley Bierhalter, PA, to the medical staff. Bierhalter is seeing patients alongside a team of five physicians and one nurse practitioner at Lakeland Primary Care, Royalton, located at 3950 Hollywood Road Suite 270 in St. Joseph.

Bierhalter earned a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. She completed several clinical rotations in surgery, women’s health, internal medicine, and emergency medicine. She has also previously served as a patient care assistant at Mercy Health in Grand Rapids.  

“We are pleased to continue expanding our primary care practice which serves patients in St. Joseph and the surrounding communities,” said James Savoie, director primary care practices, Spectrum Health Lakeland. “We look forward to welcoming Hayley to our growing team and know her well-rounded clinical background will be a great asset to our community.”

Lakeland Primary Care, Royalton cares for adult and geriatric patients offering wellness checks, chronic disease management, and immunizations, among other services. The practice also hosts the Spectrum Health Lakeland internal medicine residency program offering patients access to 23 doctors in addition to the established medical staff.
