In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, community members, donors, and organizations throughout Southwest Michigan have come together in support of those serving on the front lines at Spectrum Health Lakeland.
Spectrum Health Lakeland is among the first health systems in the state to begin offering COVID-19 antibody testing to the general public.
The Economic Alliance for Michigan (EAM) awarded Lakeland Medical Center and Lakeland Hospital Niles with the Patient Safety Excellence Award.
New COVID-19 testing equipment, additional supplies, and expanded testing criteria in the state are making it possible for more people in Southwest Michigan to be tested for the virus.
