Smoke Free

Fight Back: It's Time to ‘Beat the Pack'

If you're a smoker, you know the dangers. The problem is, if people feel fine, they don't worry about lung cancer. There are often no  symptoms during the early stages of lung cancer. You may think everything is fine, but reality may be quite different.

To help you "Beat the Pack," Spectrum Health Lakeland offers the Smoke-Free Life program. These monthly one-hour presentations explore the health risks of smoking, the benefits of quitting, reasons why it's so difficult to quit, and points participants towards resources to help them stay smoke-free.
You can join the Smoke-Free Life program at any time.
