Try this delicious recipe
for a healthy meal that has maximum payoff.
- 4 cups kale, shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded rainbow carrots
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries, no sugar added
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
In a large bowl, mix together kale, carrots, cranberries
and blueberries. In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil,
apple cider vinegar, and honey.
Pour dressing over kale slaw and toss with tongs to coat.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
