Lung Cancer Health Risk Assessment

Lung Cancer is the #1 cause of cancer-related deaths in the United States

By the time symptoms are present, the cancer has most likely spread outside of the lung and is more difficult to treat. One of the keys to more successful treatment of lung cancer is the early detection of the disease. That is why it is important to be screened before symptoms develop.

If you are a current smoker, past smoker, or are around people who smoke this free survey below will help determine if you’re at risk for lung cancer and what to do if you are. After answering four simple questions from the comfort and privacy of your home, you’ll immediately receive a risk score and information to help determine your next step.
