Our high ethical standards, sense of responsibility, and commitment to integrity are at the heart of our compliance program. Our systemwide Code of Excellence also helps guide this work.

For team members

We strive for a culture where open and honest communication is part of everyday operations. Therefore, we want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or manager when you are concerned about potential violations of ethics, regulations, policies, or standards.

For anonymous reporting of compliance concerns related to any product or area:

• Call the Integrity Help Line at 877.319.0266 or report online. The Help Line is handled by a company outside of Spectrum Health. The company refers the report to the Spectrum Health Compliance Department’s Operations Center of Expertise. All contacts are treated confidentially and anonymously to the limit the law allows.
