Caring Circle Welcomes New Team Members

(ST. JOSEPH) – Lakeland Health recently welcomed Linda McBryde, MD, and Jeanette Postelli, NP, to its medical staff. Both Dr. McBryde and Postelli will see palliative care patients through Caring Circle, a Lakeland Health Affiliate. Postelli will also see patients in Caring Circle’s HouseCalls and Hospice programs.

Prior to relocating to southwest Michigan, Dr. McBryde served as the Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellow at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage, Alaska, and previously worked as an anesthesiologist. Dr. McBryde earned her medical degree and completed an anesthesiology residency at the University of Michigan Medical School. She is a member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists and the American Association of Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

Image of New Team Provider Jeanette Postelli Nurse PractitionerPostelli recently earned her Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) certification and a Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She previously worked for Lakeland Health as an emergency room nurse and house supervisor. Before coming back to Lakeland, Postelli held a position as the Director of Resident Care at the Whitcomb Retirement Home in St. Joseph where she managed a staff of 34, was an on-call manager, and oversaw healthcare assessments for new residents.
