Corewell Health Has Most U.S. News & World Report Nationally Recognized Hospitals in Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS and SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Aug. 1, 2023 - Across Michigan, 12 Corewell Health hospitals have been recognized by U.S. News & World Report 2023-2024
Best Hospitals, including three hospitals that earned national recognition for their services. Corewell Health has the most nationally recognized hospitals in the state.
U.S. News & World Report evaluated more than 4,500 hospitals across 15 specialties and 21 procedures and conditions; only 12% of evaluated hospitals were recognized as Best Hospitals. Hospitals awarded a “Best” designation had a specialty in the Top 50, excelling at factors such as clinical outcomes, level of nursing care and patient experience.
