Support during the migration is available:

  • Rounders at each hospital
  • Optional office hours and kiosks for assistance enrolling your mobile device into AirWatch
    • St. Joe: Outside Upton Center
    • Niles: Small dining room
    • Watervliet: Computer Lab 
    • Royalton Business Center: Cafeteria

In an effort to minimize impact to SHL team members, the Office 365 migration will be carried out in three phases. Team members have been assigned a go-live date based on the following criteria:

  • Phase 1 – August 24: If you work onsite
  • Phase 2 – August 25: If you work via VPN/remotely
  • Phase 3 – August 26: If you are a Microsoft ProPlus user (have Microsoft Project or Visio)

Global Leadership Checklist

The last six months of 2020 will be a time of great change. In order for our leaders to be focused on the steps they need to take to ensure their team is ready, we will provide a checklist of tasks to be completed each month.

What we need from you this month:

  • Encourage your team’s ERP change agent to attend August 19 meeting. Roster lives here
  • If there is not an ERP change agent listed for your area, contact ERP here

Actions with specific deadlines

  • August 14 - Review the August ERP leadership deck here
  • August 14 - Read the August ERP newsletter here
  • August 16 - Share information about payroll shift alignment- click here for more details
  • August 17 - Verify your new Spectrum Health email address is correct here. If you have any concerns, please email Amanda Plunkett (Amanda.plunkett@spectrumhealth.org)
  • August 17 - Mobile device users – ensure your iOS device(s) are updated to version 12.4 or newer
  • August 17 - Review key impacts and remediation guides here
  • August 17 - Find your new SharePoint sites and be ready to update your browser Favorites here
  • August 20 - Know where to find your Go Live Guide and have it printed here
  • August 20 - Print your calendar out for August 24-26, just in case you experience access delays after migration.
  • August 28 - Take 15 minutes in your team meeting or huddle to review the August leadership materials on how the ERP program will impact them, and discuss with your team. Engage your ERP change agent in the conversation.
