In an effort to minimize impact to SHL team members, the Office 365 migration will be carried out in three phases. Team members have been assigned a go-live date based on the following criteria:
- Phase 1 – August 24: If you work onsite
- Phase 2 – August 25: If you work via VPN/remotely
- Phase 3 – August 26: If you are a Microsoft ProPlus user (have Microsoft Project or Visio)

Global Leadership Checklist
The last six months of 2020 will be a time of great change. In order for our leaders to be focused on the steps they need to take to ensure their team is ready, we will provide a checklist of tasks to be completed each month.
What we need from you this month:
- Encourage your team’s ERP change agent to attend August 19 meeting. Roster lives here

- August 20 - Know where to find your Go Live Guide and have it printed here
- August 20 - Print your calendar out for August 24-26, just in case you experience access delays after migration.
- August 28 - Take 15 minutes in your team meeting or huddle to review the August leadership materials on how the ERP program will impact them, and discuss with your team. Engage your ERP change agent in the conversation.
