E-visits give an alternative to non-emergent office visits. After a questionnaire is filled out through MyChart, your health concern may be able to be handled through electronic communication with your doctor instead of having to go into the office.
Video visits offer patients face-to-face online appointments with their provider. This convenient option allows patients to virtually have a video connection with their physician without having to go into doctors office location.
