A new leader joins the Lakeland Human Resources team, as the HR experience aligns best practices throughout the Spectrum Health organization.
Spectrum Health Lakeland recently welcomed Stephanie Murray to the Human Resources (HR) team.
As current HR Director at Spectrum Health, Stephanie will hold a dual role as she will also oversee the Business Partner group at Lakeland. She will assist in the process of restructuring the team to prepare a model that aligns all best practices within the system. This will ensure an integrated and consistent experience throughout Spectrum Health.
“Aligning best practices will allow us to be as efficient as possible,” said Stephanie. “I look forward to expanding my current role and helping provide an exceptional HR experience for all team members.”
