The Schwartz Center Rounds provide a monthly space for all team members to join a virtual panel presentation and group discussion on topics related to being compassionate healthcare providers and the challenges this presents. 

Insights gained into responses and feelings assist with interpersonal connections and strengthen relationships with patients and other team members. In turn, these insights can lead to the delivery of more compassionate care and improved patient, family, and caregiver satisfaction. Patient confidentiality is protected, and everything shared is shared in confidence.

“These are stimulating and often emotional conversations where individuals speak from the heart about the nature of their work,” said Jeff Meyer, Schwartz Center Rounds, Co-Chair. “It’s a place where meaningful and mutual support can be found.”
