Spectrum Health and Spectrum Health Lakeland Home Infusion have partnered to provide a new diabetic supply program available to team members and their families.

Effective January 1, 2020, diabetic supplies provided by Spectrum Health Lakeland Home Infusion are covered 100%, before meeting deductibles, for those insured by a qualified Spectrum Health health management organization (HMO) or point of service (POS) plan. For those with a health savings account (HSA) plan, these supplies will be covered at 100% once the deductible is met.

The program provides the necessary products and accessories to accurately monitor and manage your blood sugar and A1C levels, as well as educational resources, guidance through the financial process, and support in managing your diabetic regimen.

Spectrum Health Lakeland Home Infusion offers delivery of diabetes supplies to your door. Enroll and you will receive:

• Access to local healthcare professionals

• Complete insurance processing

• Delivery of the supplies and brands you request

• Free home delivery

• Single-source convenience
