Rescheduling Appointment
We think it’s important to offer appointments in a timely manner so you can receive care when you need it. Call the practice as soon as possible if you need to cancel an appointment.
Providing less than 24-hour notice may be documented as a “no show.” We understand sometimes unavoidable emergencies and busy schedules interfere with scheduled appointments. Three “no shows,” or missed appointments, in a six-month period may result in dismissal from the practice. Any incident of abusive or rude behavior toward physicians or staff members may also result in dismissal.
Patients dismissed from our practice receive 30 days of emergency care services. Medical records are transferred to a new doctor upon patient request.
