We know that when workplace injuries occur your main objective is to get your employee healthy and back on the job. Once our physician has determined the patient’s limitations and job requirements, our disability management advisor works with your employee to identify the services they need to improve their physical, emotional, and vocational functioning.
We continually review the care they receive to determine if it’s appropriate and develop a plan for their safe return to work – curbing prolonged disabilities and additional costs. Occupational rehabilitation programs, such as work hardening, may be prescribed, if necessary.
