We have a dedicated team that includes both registered dietitians (RD) and registered nurses (RN). Our certified diabetes educators (CDE) specialize in the care of patients with diabetes. We work closely with your healthcare provider to best meet your needs.
Lakeland Diabetes and Nutrition provides quality care for many diseases and conditions, from infancy to older adulthood including:

- Diabetes: type 1, type 2, gestational, pre-diabetes

Insurance and Billing
Services are covered by most insurance companies depending on the diagnosis. A physician referral is required for most services.
