Ginard Henry, MD

Ginard Henry, MD, is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery with an accredited subspecialty in hand surgery. He has been in practice for over 12 years beginning in academia at the University of Chicago for eight years, then in a large-scale group practice with Kaiser Permanente in southern California for three years and now at Spectrum Health Lakeland.

Dr. Henry obtained his medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco; his general surgery training from the University of California, Irvine; his plastic surgery training from University of Southern California; and Hand and Microsurgery training at the San Antonio Hand Center.

His work and expertise have also been published in several journals, books, online and magazine articles. He has received previous awards for teaching, research and academic excellence.

Dr. Henry is an active member of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgeons and the Christian Medical and Dental Association.

Nicole Phillips, MD

Nicole Phillips, MD, is board-certified in plastic and reconstructive surgery. She completed her medical degree at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and her residency at Harvard Plastic Surgery. Prior to relocating to Southwest Michigan, she completed two fellowships in aesthetic surgery at Pacific Private Hospital in Queensland, Australia and with Jennifer Walden, MD, in Austin, Texas.

Her work and expertise have been published in several peer-reviewed publications and she's been featured on several industry podcasts. Her personal interests include running, surfing, scuba diving, and singing.

Dr. Phillips believes good outcomes start with great communication. For her, the fun—and the challenge—of plastic surgery is that no two procedures are ever exactly the same. She promises to listen carefully to your needs and goals, and then work together to develop an individualized plan of care that's right for you and your family.

Sheena Lader, PA

Sheena Lader, PA, graduated with a Master’s of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Western Michigan University. She is certified in phlebotomy as well as advanced cardiovascular life support, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillators (AED) by the American Heart Association. Her care philosophy is patient focused and she values the input her patients have regarding their treatment and how best to approach a solution.
