Intuitive Eating Class Add to Calendar

Intuitive Eating is a philosophy of eating that makes you the expert of your body and it’s hunger signals. In this second class of a four-part series, we will be discussing the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating. No prior attendance or knowledge needed.
