If you have something that concerns your health, please do not ignore it or delay getting care. We are here and ready with options designed around your safety. At Southwestern Medical Clinic we understand that it takes a village to deliver personalized health made simple, during these uncertain times. Our team of advanced practitioners, care managers, and doctors are working together on every aspect of your health, so you have one less thing to worry about.

Walk-in Clinics Remain Open

Our patients are top priority and both the Niles and Stevensville walk-in clinics are still seeing patients in person, including weekends. There is no need to call ahead unless you're experiencing COVID-19 symptoms.

To help answer questions you may have about COVID-19, click here to watch a Lakeland MyHealth Matters video program by Emmi® for valuable information about how the virus spreads, symptoms, and how to prevent getting sick.

Stay Home and Keep Your Doctor's Appointment

To help limit potential spread of COVID-19, many medical offices are conducting appointments using video visits. Patients are being given user-friendly technology options for care. Below are instructions to access your live video visit with your provider. Please select the appropriate device in the button below for detailed directions to join your video visit.

Visitor Restrictions at All Practices

All Southwestern Medical Clinics are following strict building access guidelines, including visitor restrictions. Click here to learn more.

People who are experiencing acute upper respiratory symptoms or a fever over 100 should call their doctor's office and remain home for seven days after illness onset or 72 hours after resolution of fever and improvement of respiratory symptoms, whichever is longer.
