PARCOURSE Pod 2

Assisted Balance Walk:

  1. Grasping both handrails, raise one leg and place it onto the balance beam.
  2. Place one foot in front of the other to walk the length of the beam, using the handrails for assistance as needed.
  3. Carefully step off the beam, when at the end, turn around, and repeat.

Leg Press:

  1. Place back firmly against backrest with abdominals tight.
  2. With feet securely on foot pads, using control, push legs out without locking knees.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Shoulder Rotator:

  1. Approach the accessible (lower) side of the equipment. Position yourself between the two wheels at a comfortable distance.
  2. Place left hand on left wheel and right hand on right wheel.
  3. Rotate the wheels in opposite directions (one clockwise and the other counterclockwise) for 10 to 20 rotations.
  4. Repeat in opposite direction.
