Pod 4 Exercises

PARCOURSE Pod 4

Leg Extension:

  1. Place back firmly against backrest.
  2. Place legs in center of leg pads with knees at 90-degree angle.
  3. Under control, push legs out without locking knees.
  4. Return slowly to starting position and repeat.

Hand Cycle:

  1. Face handle wheels.
  2. Place hands on handles and slowly push and rotate wheels forward.
  3. Return slowly to starting position and repeat in reverse motion.

Captain’s Chair:

  1. Place back on flat on backrest with arms flat on extended arms.
  2. Squeeze hand grips and using abdominal muscles pull legs into a 90-degree angle.
  3. Return to starting position and repeat.
