Pod 5 Exercises

PARCOURSE Pod 5

Cardio Walker:

  1. Carefully place hands on rail and feet securely on foot pedals.
  2. Using right leg, push pedal forward then follow with left in smooth striding motion.
  3. To exit, slowly decrease speed returning to starting position.

Horizontal Chin-up:

  1. Place feet on the platform and lie down beneath the horizontal row or chin-up bar.
  2. Grasp the bar with both hands and pull body up.
  3. Return to original position and repeat.

Push-up Station:

  1. Grip bar in desired hand location with body straight and feet behind you in plank position.
  2. Bend arms to lower body until chest is slightly above bar and elbows are parallel with torso.
  3. Push upward using arms, returning to starting position and repeat.
