Our team members are the foundation of everything we do. In an effort to provide growth and training opportunities, each year, the Corewell Health Foundation Southwest Michigan, formerly Spectrum Health Lakeland Foundation, awards grants to Corewell Health South team members to attend conferences, complete paid training webinar, or obtain a certification.
Grant Details
The 2024 online grant application will be available from November 30, 2023 - January 15, 2024, with funds being valid until December 1, 2024. Grants will be awarded based upon need and available funds.
All requests require director or VP approval.
Eligibility
Must be a full-time team member for at least 90 days.
Preparing to Apply
It is recommended that you review the application and prepare the necessary information prior to starting the online application. All supplementary documents should be submitted through the online application. Click here to view an example of the application.
Required Documents
- Team members must complete and return an online application
- Team members must submit required cost paperwork in order to be considered for a department grant award
- Grants may be requested for one team member per department:
- Attending a national or educational conference
- Specific and focused training to upgrade skills of Allied Health team member
- Grants may also be requested for several team members per department for professional certification/re-certification
