A professional look for emails is recommended to identify you as a Lakeland Team Member, part of Spectrum Health Lakeland.
Background textures, colors, logos, famous quotations, signatures or religious messages take away from professional message delivery. Embedded background and image files also use up unnecessary memory storage for the organization and impact bandwidth.
An email message that is sent outside of Lakeland should have, at minimum your phone, department, location address, and the Lakeland website address.
