Free Community Medical Seminars
Spectrum Health Lakeland hosts an average of 40 community medical seminars annually. Often physician lead, topics range from medical weight loss, joint replacement, diabetic foot care, treatment of varicose veins, gentle surgery techniques and women’s health issues
These in-person educational talks are an effective way for individuals to engage with specialists and get to know the health system. Guests are asked to pre-register online or over the phone if possible, and walk-ins are always welcome. Every event is available live on Facebook and video recorded. Pre and post marketing automation messages help connect with individuals before and after the seminar.
